19,255 people filled Rupp Arena on Monday for the second annual UK Alumni Charity Game. In attendance was Wizards' PG John Wall, who put on a show for the fans, ending with a stat line that read: 40 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists; as he and the Blue team defeated the White team 111-95. While you can see in the highlights, there was about as much defense played as you'd see in an All-Star Game, I'm sure Wall will remind his fellow Wildcat buddies of his triple-double performance.
Some of the other players on hand included Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins, Brandon Knight, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Eric Bledsoe, and Terrence Jones.
The event raised over $1 million dollars for charity.
Wall and Davis will return to Rupp Arena in a little over a month as the Wizards and Pelicans square off in a pre-season bout on October 19th.
