4:30 am: It's 4:30 am ET but 1:30 am here in Vegas where the team has just landed and we are now at the hotel.  A little bit of a delay getting out here tonight, but we made it.

Now that we are in Vegas the final roster has been set at 13 players and includes both draft picks, Otto Porter and Glen Rice, Jr, along with Wizards forwards Chris Singleton and Jan Vesely.  You can see the full roster along with schedule information on Summer League Central

After practice today, we heard from Randy Wittman for the first time who discussed the week of mini-camp.  A few interesting points were about Porter's ability to learn quickly, Rice Jr. showing talent and the ability to shoot but still needing to learn how to go full speed on every play, and about getting out to Vegas to see guys like Singleton and Vesely in game situations.  You can see the full interview here:

The team is scheduled to practice tomorrow afternoon and then begin Summer League play on Saturday.  The game will be televised on CSN for those in the DMV area or online on the NBA's Summer League package.

We'll check back in with updates throughout our time here in Vegas.

4:25 pm: Mini-Camp is officially in the books and now we are off to Vegas.  Practice today went well with another good hard-fought scrimmage at the end.  I'll have some more coverage once we get to Vegas later tonight, but in the meantime make sure to follow @WashWizards on Twitter and @officialwashingtonwizards on Instagram for live updates on the voyage to Vegas.

1:00 pm: Checking in for the final practice of Mini-Camp.  Bradley Beal and Garrett Temple just finished a workout just as the Summer League squad took the floor.  Both Beal and Temple are expected to be in Vegas with many of the other regulars to work out.

Should expect to see more of the same this afternoon with the hope that each day the guys will get more familiar with the calls.  The refs are back, which means there will be some form of a scrimmage or 5-on-5 drills at the end of today's practice.

I'll try and check in before we leave for the airport later and then will be back with more coverage for the next 10 or so days from Vegas.
