Wizards vs. Bucks 8:30pmPosted on January 14, 2013 by FantasticWiz
Jeremy Hyman - WashingtonWizards.com The Wizards are back in action tonight as they take on the Milwaukee Bucks at 8:30 pm. This will be the sixth preseason game of the season for the Wizards. They enter tonight's game at 1-4. While their record is nothing to brag about, Head Coach Randy Wittman has been more concerned with finding the right combination of lineups during this preseason rather than worry about the result of the game. With a lot of players banged up and out with injuries, we have seen a lot of different lineups on the floor. One of the bright spots of the preseason has been the play of rookie Bradley Beal. He is starting to gain some national attention after many of the national writers got to watch him play in Brooklyn at the opening of Barclays Center. Read John Schuhmann's piece on Beal here Beal is averaging 14.2 points per game during this preseason and has been in double figures in all five games. Tonight he will likely see a lot of Monta Ellis, which will be a good test for Beal on the defensive end. Injury Report Out- John Wall (knee), Nene (foot), Kevin Seraphin (calf) Trevor Booker and Chris Singleton are both expected to play, but minutes could be limited as they return from injuries.
Projected lineups: Wizards: G-Price, G-Crawford, F-Webster, F-Vesely, C-Okafor Bucks: G-Jennings, G-Ellis, F-Harris, F-Ilyasova, C-Sanders Tonight's game will not be on TV but can be heard on 1500 AM or online at NBA League Audio Pass Use the #WizBucks when tweeting about the game on Twitter.
