Wizards Training Camp Roster Set!

Washington Wizards President Ernie Grunfeld announced today that the team has signed free agents Paul Davis and Vincent Grier. Per team policy, terms of the contracts were not released. Davis, a 6-11 center, was originally selected in the second round of the 2006 NBA Draft by the L.A. Clippers. He has appeared in 80 career games with the Clippers over the past two seasons, compiling averages of 2.7 points and 2.0 rebounds. Grier, a 6-5 swingman, played for Cholet Basket of France last season, averaging 10.0 points in 28 games. He has also played for the Minnesota Timberwolves’ summer league team (2008) and appeared in six preseason games with the Miami Heat in 2006. Davis and Grier bring the Wizards’ training camp roster to 16 players.
