HI WIZARDS FANS!
I am so honored to be able to share my experience as a Wizards Girl thus far. The season has just begun, and I have already had many incredible opportunities! I am proud to be part of an organization that is as involved in the community as the Wizards Organization is. Through the organization, I have met so many wonderful people in my few months as a rookie on the team.
The home-opener was an unforgettable night. It was exhilarating to be in the Verizon Center filled with Wizards fans ready to begin the season! My favorite part was the “black-out” effect at the start of the game. When the lights dropped and the music started to play, I could feel the buzz of excitement in the arena. Stepping in front of the crowd for the first time was such an awesome feeling.It is a thrill to be cheering for the Wizards! I’m looking forward to a fantastic season, can’t wait to see you on the court!
