Injury Updates
Posted on April 08, 2008Hey everyone. I'm sorry for the delay on the information but I wanted to hold off until we got word on the injuries. First off Gil and Antawn looked good again today in practice and they are both expected to play tomorrow night with Gil most likely coming off the bench. The Wizards did however receive another scare today in practice when Caron Butler and Darius Songaila limped off the practice court. However, the two injuries do not appear to be significant. Butler sustained a bruised right knee (xrays were negative) and he is listed as day-to-day. Songaila has a mild left ankle sprain and is also listed as day-to-day. We will have more information tomorrow after shootaround on what the availability for these two players will be tomorrow night.
